Preparation: Gather a lyophilized NAD+ vial, sterile water or saline (0.9%), syringe, needle, alcohol swabs, and, optionally, a 500 ml 0.9% sodium chloride IV bag.
Cleaning: Make sure to maintain a sterile work area and always wear gloves.
Vial Preparation: Check the vial for damage. Disinfect the top with an alcohol swab.
Reconstitution: Inject 5 ml of sterile water or saline into the vial. Swirl gently to dissolve, avoiding excessive agitation.
Solution Check: Ensure the solution is clear and free of particulate matter.

No-one was in to receive my order. Will the NAD+ be ok unrefrigerated?
The NAD is perfectly fine at room temperature & up to approx 22 degrees for a few days. If you remove the bottom carton you will find a coolpack which we use all year round. It is best to refrigerate it upon arrival & keep it in the fridge once opened for optimal freshness.
