NAD+ Injections

Our NAD+ injections come in two formats. The original NAD+ Injection Kit uses vials, and our NAD+ Pen Kits use a refillable injection pen. Both are subcutaneous products for use at home, not IV infusions. If you're new to NAD+ injections, the Discovery products give you a smaller starter supply so you can see how the format suits you.
