What’s Inside The NAD+ Mini Home Kit?
1 x Vial containing 500mg of Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+) (Mini)
10 x Micro Needles
10 x Antibacterial Wipes
1 x Sharps Bin (for disposing of used needles)
1 x Instruction Guide
Quick Start Guide
Your NAD+ AT HOME Mini is a kit consisting of everything you need to self-administer subcutaneous injections at a more affordable price than our original NAD+ kit. This typically results in high bioavailability, ensuring that a greater amount of NAD+ is directly available to the body’s cells. By bypassing the digestive tract, they avoid the first-pass metabolism by the liver.
The 2.5ml vial of 500mg of NAD+ contains between 9 and 10 doses of 50mg, or 0.25ml per dose (marked as 25 on the syringes). Upon arrival, it will be less than ½ full and a transparent, sometimes yellow-tinted liquid. Once opened, please refrigerate and use within three months.
A kit contains between 9 and 10 doses. Based on one dose every day for the first three days, then dropping down to alternate days, the kit should last approximately two weeks.
Regularly evaluate your usage and adjust accordingly. It’s quite individual. While some customers take it daily, others prefer 1-2 times a week.
We have created the mini to allow customers to essentially ‘try before you buy’. You can now start your wellness journey at a more affordable price, with the option to buy the full recommended 1000mg vial.

Will I feel anything after administering NAD+ AT HOME?
Most people don’t experience any side effects and report feeling alert and energised. If you do feel anything unusual, such as temporary fatigue for a day or two, which can happen but is rare, stop using, and email doctor@nadaid.co.uk.
What colour is my NAD+ AT HOME solution?
Your NAD+ AT HOME solution arrives as a transparent liquid, either colourless or with a yellow tint.
How should I dispose of the needles and vial?
Dispose of any used items, such as your empty vial and needles, in the designated sharps bin. When disposing of needles, it’s important to be cautious and ensure that they are not sticking out of the bin. This helps ensure a clean and responsible process.
No-one was home to receive my order. Will the NAD+ be ok unrefrigerated?
To put your mind at ease, NAD remains stable at room temperature for several weeks. It only begins to degrade after being exposed to temperatures above 30°C / 85°F for a few days. Even then, it is not harmful, though it may lose some efficacy.
For your convenience, we include a cool pack under the bottom carton to maintain optimal conditions in transit.
For optimal freshness, we recommend storing NAD in the refrigerator upon arrival and after opening, keeping it away from bright light and extreme heat.
Will the injection hurt?
The injection can sting sometimes & bruises are not uncommon. Try removing the NAD+ from the fridge for 30 minutes beforehand as it can sting more when it’s cold.
Try various injection sites and a new one each time and a 45-degree angle can help. We hear frequently from customers that 1 day it can sting and feel a little sore afterwards & other days it’s painless and sting-free.
Where's best to inject?
The syringes provided are intended for subcutaneous injections, which involve administering the injection just under the skin into the fatty tissue.
We suggest using areas like the stomach, hips, or buttocks for these injections.
To administer, pinch the skin tightly between your finger and thumb with one hand, and with the syringe in your other hand, inject at a 45-degree angle. It’s important to rotate the injection site each time to avoid skin irritation.
It’s normal to occasionally experience a bruise or a small bump at the injection site; simply make sure to inject in a different area for your next dose.
How do I open my NAD vial? It doesn't seem to have a lid
Your vial of NAD+ arrives sealed with a metal top.
Before you begin your supplementation, you simply need to remove and discard the inner metal circle and then you are ready to insert the syringe easily into the centre.
Wipe the top with an alcohol swab before each use and store the vial in the fridge for optimal freshness.
What is NAD?
NAD, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is a coenzyme found in every living cell in our bodies. It is a crucial molecule involved in many biological processes, acting as a helper molecule for various enzymes to facilitate essential chemical reactions.
NAD exists in two forms: the oxidised form (NAD+) and the reduced form (NADH). The interconversion between these two forms plays a vital role in maintaining cellular health and function.
How often should I use the NAD+ AT HOME Mini?
If you’re a first-time user of NAD+ AT HOME, we suggest administering a micro-injectable daily for the initial 3 days, followed by every other day thereafter. Always adhere to the recommended dosage and never share your product with others.
Are there side effects from NAD+ AT HOME?
The majority of individuals do not encounter any adverse effects from using NAD+ AT HOME.
Should you experience any sensitivity after using the micro-injectables, consider selecting a different site on your body for the next injection. As with any side effect, if symptoms continue, cease use and get in touch with our team. It is important to note that our NAD+ supplement product is intended for use as directed and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease without consulting with a healthcare professional. What does NAD mean in medical terms?
In medical terms, NAD stands for “Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide”. It is a coenzyme present in almost all cells in your body and plays a crucial role in cellular energy production. NAD is also important for various cellular processes, including DNA repair, cell signalling, and gene expression. Deficiencies in NAD can impact a range of physiological functions, leading to numerous health issues.
What is an NAD+ Supplement?
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a vital molecule found in every cell of our body and is involved in various cellular processes, including energy metabolism, DNA repair, and cell signalling. A NAD+ supplement is designed to boost the levels of NAD+ in the body.
As we age, NAD+ levels naturally decline. This decrease is associated with various age-related health issues and the overall ageing process. NAD+ supplements, therefore, are taken with the intention of replenishing dwindling NAD+ levels, potentially offering benefits such as:
Improved energy production
Enhanced cognitive function
Cellular repair and protection
Potential anti-ageing effects
NAD+ supplements can come in various forms, including oral capsules, sublingual tablets, injections, or IV drips. Some forms of supplementation are less effective than others, so please take the time to consider your options. Before considering NAD supplements, it’s crucial to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure its safety and appropriateness for individual health needs.
What is NAD IV therapy?
NAD IV therapy involves the intravenous administration of Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD) to enhance cellular function and energy production. This can be quite time consuming and enduring to undertake so many people opt for the NAD+ AT HOME injectable supplement as a convenient and efficient alternative.
What is the shelf life of the NAD+ product?
Once opened, the product is good for 3 months. If unopened, it maintains its quality for 12 months.
Do NAD+ supplements work?
Numerous studies have evidenced that boosting NAD+ levels increases insulin sensitivity, reverses mitochondrial dysfunction, and extends lifespan. Our reviews and testimonials evidence real-life experiences with the NAD+ AT HOME supplement.
