To use your NAD+ self-injection kit at home, follow these simplified steps:
- Clean Hands: Wash or sanitise your hands thoroughly.
- Prepare Materials: Open your NAD+ kit to find the syringes, solution, alcohol swabs, and sharps bin.
- Temperature Adjustment: Allow the chilled NAD+ vial to reach room temperature to minimise discomfort.
- Sterilise: Use an alcohol swab to clean the top of the vial and let it dry.
- Prepare Syringe: Remove protectors from the syringe, insert it into the vial, invert, and draw 0.25ml of solution, ensuring no air bubbles.
- Select Injection Site: Choose an area like the abdomen or upper thigh, and rotate sites with each injection.
- Sanitise Site: Clean the injection area with another swab.
- Inject: Pinch the skin, insert the needle smoothly, and inject the solution by pressing the plunger.
- Dispose: Place used needles in the sharps bin.
- Storage: Keep the NAD+ vial chilled and store the kit safely away from children and pets.
Start with three consecutive days of injections, then adjust to every other day as needed. Contact support with any questions.
