Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase for any of the following reasons:
1. You did not receive the product or service you ordered.
2. The product or service you received is not as described.
3. The product or service is defective or malfunctioning.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds

We understand that situations may arise where a return or cancellation is necessary. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once payment has been received. To prevent any issues, we strongly encourage you to carefully review all product details before placing your order, select the correct quantity and subscription options if applicable, and verify your shipping address to avoid delivery errors.

Although our product is not prescription, we adhere to the highest safety standards to ensure the well-being of our customers. For this reason, we cannot accept returned products, as they cannot be reused or resold under any circumstances. This policy is in place to maintain product integrity and safety for all customers.

Our products, particularly NAD+ vials, require strict cold storage to maintain their potency and effectiveness. Once shipped with temperature control measures, they cannot be safely returned without compromising quality. Additionally, we adhere to rigorous quality control procedures throughout manufacturing and shipping to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our products. Returned items may be compromised during transit, raising safety and quality concerns.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 55-57 Seabank Rd, Wallasey CH45 7PA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Exclusions

The following items are excluded from our refund policy:
1. Products or services that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
2. Products or services that have been purchased through a third-party retailer.
3. Products or services that have been purchased more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
