To use your L-Glutathione self-injection kit at home, follow these simplified steps:
- Clean Hands: Wash or sanitise your hands thoroughly.
- Prepare Materials: Open your L-Glutathione kit to find one LG 1800mg vial, 20x 1ml syringes, alcohol swabs, and a sharps bin.
- Temperature Adjustment: Allow the chilled L-Glutathione vial to reach room temperature to minimise discomfort.
- Open Vial: Grasp edges of the seal and lift upwards to detach from the bottle.
- Sterilise: Use an alcohol swab to clean the top of the vial and let it dry.
- Prepare Syringe: Remove protectors from the syringe, insert it into the vial, invert, and draw 0.5ml of solution, ensuring no air bubbles.
- Select Injection Site: Choose an area like the abdomen or upper thigh, and rotate sites with each injection.
- Sanitise Site: Clean the injection area with another swab.
- Inject: Pinch the skin, insert the needle smoothly, and inject the solution by pressing the plunger.
- Dispose: Place used needles in the sharps bin.
- Storage: Store the L-glutathione vial in the fridge.
