Welcome to your Wellness Pen Combo kit! The two kits include everything you need to self-administer both NAD+ and L-Glutathione subcutaneous injections through the pen applicator, ensuring high bioavailability and optimal delivery to your body’s cells. Detailed instructions are provided with each kit.
The protocol for both NAD+ and L-Glutathione can differ, so please refer to the individual product pages for more information if needed.
NAD+ at Home Injection Pen Kit:
- Dosage: 0.25ml per dose (20 doses per kit).
- Protocol: Start with 1 dose daily for the first 3 days, then switch to every other day. Adjust as needed.
- Storage: Refrigerate for optimal efficacy.
L-Glutathione Home Injection Pen Kit:
- Dosage: 1 x 0.25ml per dose (20 doses per kit).
- Protocol: 1 x 0.25ml every alternate day or as recommended by your practitioner.
- Storage: Refrigerate for optimal efficacy.
Are there any contraindications for the Combo Wellness Pen Kit?
Yes, there are specific circumstances where you should not add L-Glutathione or NAD+ to your wellness routine. For both supplements:

What’s the difference between NAD+ & LG?

What do the cartridges contain?
L-Glutathione Cartridges:
Each cartridge is packed with 10 doses worth (750mg) of active L-Glutathione and a small amount of sterile solution. Nothing else is added. Our L-Glutathione is the highest grade and purity on the market; we are the leaders & pioneers in all things wellness injections.
NAD+ Cartridges:
Each cartridge is packed with 10 doses (500mg) of the active ingredient nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), along with a small amount of sterile solution. Nothing else is added.
How should I dispose of the micro-needles and used cartridges?
Dispose of any used items, such as your empty cartridges and needles in the designated sharps bin. When disposing of needles, it’s important to be cautious and ensure that they are not sticking out of the bin. This helps ensure a clean and responsible process.
No-one was home to receive my order. Will the order be ok unrefrigerated?
Both kits are perfectly fine at room temperature.
To put your mind at ease, NAD remains stable at room temperature for several weeks. It only begins to degrade after being exposed to temperatures above 30°C / 85°F for a few days. Even then, it is not harmful, though it may lose some efficacy. The same is true of L-Glutathione.
However, for your convenience and to ensure the maximum benefits to your wellness routine, we include a cool pack our combo kits to maintain optimal conditions in transit.
For optimal freshness, we recommend storing both in the refrigerator upon arrival and after opening, keeping it away from bright light and extreme heat.
Where's best to inject?
The syringes provided are intended for subcutaneous injections, which involve administering the injection just under the skin into the fatty tissue. We suggest using areas like the stomach, hips, or buttocks for these injections.
To administer, pinch the skin tightly between your finger and thumb with one hand, and with the syringe in your other hand, inject at a 45-degree angle. It’s important to rotate the injection site each time to avoid skin irritation. It’s normal to occasionally experience a bruise or a small bump at the injection site; simply make sure to inject in a different area for your next dose.
