What’s The Best Dosage Schedule?
We recommend 1 dose per day for the 3 days followed by every alternate day thereafter. This will ensure you get the required initial boost to your L-Glutathione levels and then enter a maintenance schedule.

Is there a difference between 'L-Glutathione' and 'Glutathione'?
There are two different forms of glutathione: L and D. For human physiology, we need the L version: L-Glutathione.
