  3. Temperature Adjustment<\/strong>: Allow the chilled NAD+<\/span> vial to reach room temperature to minimise discomfort.<\/li>\n
  4. Sterilise<\/strong>: Use an alcohol swab to clean the top of the vial and let it dry.<\/li>\n
  5. Prepare Syringe<\/strong>: Remove protectors from the syringe, insert it into the vial, invert, and draw 0.25ml of solution, ensuring no air bubbles.<\/li>\n
  6. Select Injection Site<\/strong>: Choose an area like the abdomen or upper thigh, and rotate sites with each injection.<\/li>\n
  7. Sanitise Site<\/strong>: Clean the injection area with another swab.<\/li>\n
