1. Clean Hands: Wash or sanitise your hands thoroughly.
2. Prepare Materials: Open your L-Glutathione kit to find one LG 1800mg vial, 20x 1ml syringes, alcohol swabs, and a sharps bin.
3. Temperature Adjustment: Allow the chilled L-Glutathione vial to reach room temperature to minimise discomfort.
4. Open Vial: Grasp edges of the seal and lift upwards to detach from the bottle.
5. Sterilise: Use an alcohol swab to clean the top of the vial and let it dry.
