  3. Temperature Adjustment<\/strong>: Allow the chilled L-Glutathione vial to reach room temperature to minimise discomfort.<\/li>\n
  4. Open Vial<\/strong>: Grasp edges of the seal and lift upwards to detach from the bottle.<\/li>\n
  5. Sterilise<\/strong>: Use an alcohol swab to clean the top of the vial and let it dry.<\/li>\n
  6. Prepare Syringe<\/strong>: Remove protectors from the syringe, insert it into the vial, invert, and draw 0.5ml of solution, ensuring no air bubbles.<\/li>\n
